    Yep...he came on the first year with an absolutely dominate d and all he had to do was not fuck it up. Ever since, personnel decisions, salary cap management, and overall performance have been a mixed bag at best.

    He’s been pretty much awful with the Bucs. Living here – I’ve got allot of die hard Bucs fans that I’m friends with and they pretty much cant stand him.
