    The key is that the player has to be standing still. If the ball has stopped but the player is moving and goes into the end zone, it's a touchback (that happened yesterday, I think). If the ball has stopped and a player leans over and touches it, he's standing still at the time, so the ball is down.

    he used the ball to stay upright. now that's unusual.

    and yeah I'm watching. I've watched the whole first half except about 4 plays. sitting here with a laptop in front of the tv

    manning should not have thrown that. he could've run for like 15 yards. open field

    the facemask called on reeves gave the giants a chance to go for a td, but they've stalled and it looks like a fg attempt now

    Yesterday I saw a guy in a convenience store wearing a Williams jersey. I said, "Wow. I haven't seen a Cowboys jersey in 10 years. They must be good again." Then the guy said, "Yeah, they are good."
