The bottom line is that Clarke is the worst nfl lineman I've ever seen get playing time. If there was one player to blame for this horrible season it's this guy. He can't pass block, he can't run block and every team we play knows this. He also has no awareness, he blocks the wrong guy, he gets beaten one on one most plays. IMO the most important offseason need is a veteran left guard who can come in and solidify the offensive line. No qb is going to survive with this piece of garbage starting. Mangold and Brick would instantly look much better with a real player between them.

While Clement does suck he's miles better then Clarke. Clement is a pretty smart player and not a bad pass blocker. He just can't run block cause he's to tall and can't create leverage. Clarke is just a nightmare.

I think he's a pretty bad pass blocker. He was certainly responsible for a lot of pressure today. He needs to go.

how can you blame adrien clarke? if he lacks the talent to play in the NFL so be it...but the line and its awfulness falls on mangini and the GM...the pissing match with pete kendall was a lose-lose set up for them. and then to turn around and pay moore more money, when he actually left a practice to protest his contract, while kendall took all the shit and did his job was pathetic.

it also amazes me that bender has been inactive the entire season...and that tuisosopo is on the roster and is never active....could that money have been put towards kendall?

The hit looked like a shoulder dislocation/seperation based on my experience ( I have many sports related injuries I am not a Dr.). When he was on the sidelines it looked like he had trouble breathing which would be the ribs.

He is lucky I am not a team mate as I would be making him laugh every chance I get. If anyone hurt has hurt a rib before they would know how sick/funny this is.

Look. It's not just Clarke. Clarke, Clement, Moore - none of them quite qualifies as a starting material in NFL. I don't think anybody would take them as backups. I sure as hell won't. They are THAT bad.

Same deal on DL; I don't think I want to see DRob as NT. say what you will about what kind of nice turnaround he had after the bye and whatnot. The fact remains that he is an undersized lineman, too small and too weak for his job.

But then, the linebackers aren't that much better. Except Harris, just about everyone stinks.

Clarke and Clement can be depth guys but are not starters on a playoff caliber team.

Except for Mangold and DeBrick, we should cut the whole line. I hope they can fix this

Joe Thomas, Cleveland's stud first-rounder, is looking very good, a perennial pro-bowler no doubt.

D'Brickashaw Ferguson is an average LT. Our franchise has been- and will continue to be- a joke for a long time.

at least we have David Harris. The man is a tackling machine.

Good God, they just showed Jessica Simpson, in a pink and white "Romo" jersey, watching the game from a private suite...

Niether one looks like a solution at this point. I understand many of the greats had terrible 1st years, but KC looks like he's lost out there.
