ようこそ。。。 今、ニュ-ヨークは どうですか? You are certainly welcome here. This is called "forum" by the way; for chatting, you can try IRC (or Internet Relay Chat) - I doubt if there's a channel about Jets (haven't seen one yet) but you can start if you want to. Occasionally you will find people that will say mean things to you just because you are a Jet fan; these kinds are called "trolls" and you don't need to pay any attention to them. Enjoy your stay in New York, and we'll talk more about the team. Laters!
it's not totally unreasonable. They put up 52 on washington, and 56 on the Bills in essentially 3 quarters. If the weather is nice the pats do have an outside chance at 60 if they run the starters the whole game.
Weather is a the perfect neutralizer, just look at last year versus the pats. Jets end the perfect season.
Here's my weather-adjusted prediction: At the half, Pats 17, Jets 7. Final, Pats 35, Jets 14. J.E.T.S. Cover!
Not to mention, as much yardage as we give up, we don't usually give up an unreasonable amount of points.... I think a lot of that has to do with having Kerry Rhodes back there, taking away pretty much any chance of a team making a huge play on us more than once in a ball game.... When we get 'blown-out' it's usually because our offense is inept, an we lose like 35-10, or something like that....
And you base that on??????? Would it be the stellar defense we have played to this point?Do I think they will? No.. Could they if they wanted???Well we will see
You think that maybe with all the BS being written about a blowout that maybe our team will step up and make it a game??? I'm not predicting a win but if I was playing on the green team this week, I'd be preparing to play my ass off to prove 'em all wrong. If some of the Jets can't get pumped to play this game, they should look elsewhere for employment. I know its tough to look at it this way especially after our performance against the Browns but heh, screw it - Go Green.
Well, the snow will cooperate. Lets see the Pats try to run. They have been terrible at it every time they have tried this year. I much prefer our running game (as bad as it has been) to theirs. Especially if Washington is the feature back on Sunday in those conditions. http://www.weather.com/newscenter/stormwatch/?from=newslinker
I don't know....I think both running games suck....all in all, I'd take the Pats game if push came to shove, but it's close.
Two reasons. First, the two teams know each other too well for that to happen. Second, Bellishit has been villified for running up the score against other teams. He wouldn't allow it to happen Sunday no matter how much he may want to do that.
