we are going to lose by a lot....belichick will try and score 50 on us because of the whole spygate thing...brady will throw for at least 300 yards and 3 TD...the fans are going to be all over mangini...i would not be surprised if the crowd got a "mangina" chant or something like that...45-13 is my prediction, something like that....it wont be pretty

Wow, the bookies are actually taking the Jet's "improvement" after the bye into consideration. I thought the opening line was going to be 27.

 

Intended to tease Jets money out - which it's already doing. By game time, after dropping a couple points late in the week, this spread will settle in around 17.5.

 

I'm surprised the O/U is only 50 1/2. I figure the Pats will go over that by themselves.

There isn't a chance in the world this one comes off the board. The spread is going down, which means Jets money is coming in, which also means that the tease is working. If the spread were going UP, it would be a different story.

 

I hopr ur right but I look for this game to be a lot closer then what people think. Even if the Pats are fav by 18 points I would still take the 18. That is a lot of points in the NFL.

 

How funny is it that the last two regular season games the Pats have lost were against the Jets and the Dolphins (who haven't won any game since).

I like this bet alot. The Pats have nothing to play for and are likely to pull Brady and Moss after they get up by 14 to 17 points. BB is a viscous prick but his not stupid, his goal is to give his front line players a little action to keep them sharp and than get them off the field and keep them healthy.

 

The weather forcast for Sunday (snow/wind) isn't usually conducive to high scores. The 24 1/2 looks promising!

I don't know about snow, but there will be a very big storm in the area. You can bet it will be very windy.

I would take the 24 1/2 in a heart beat.
