Which game would be the most exciting if put together? EDIT: Just saw the above post. LSU always makes it interesting, and Hawaii plays a great brand of football. Sign me up for that one. Played in Pasedena at the Rose Bowl, the best stadium in the world.

any season you have, every game counts. whether it's in conference or out of conference, no matter when the game is played, it matters. and you simply cannot argue VT is a better team than LSU.
fine but that's the way it works. You could have a team that lost its first 3 and then steamrolled everyone else. Maybe they're the best team when the season ends, but they ain't getting in the championship game. It's not who's playing the best right now.
I can buy that arguement, it's a shame that there needs to even be this discussion although I really wonder if the Illini will go to a BCS Bowl. I would assume that this is going to be your national title game Ohio State vs Georgia (I would say LSU but I don't see them leapfrogging Kansas and Georgia. Fiesta Bowl Arizona State vs Oklahoma Orange Bowl Virginia Tech vs West Virginia Sugar Bowl LSU vs Kansas Rose Bowl USC vs Illini ? If Hawaii comes back to win will they play in Sugar or Rose so either Kansas or Illini would be out. My bet is Kansas will travel extremely well so I'd guess maybe Kansas over Illini. The real question is should Hawaii lose does BYU sneak into the top 12? They were close and I know talk in MWC country is they needed help so they might do it.
