Dolphins LB Channing Crowder, who appears likely to start in the middle Sunday against the Giants with Zach Thomas ailing, says he didn't know until Tuesday that people in London speak English. "I couldn?t find London on a map if they didn?t have the names of the countries," he said. "I swear to God. I don?t know what nothing is. I know Italy looks like a boot. I know London Fletcher. We did a football camp together. So I know him. That?s the closest thing I know to London. He?s black, so I?m sure he?s not from London. I?m sure that?s a coincidental name." Source: Palm Beach Post
is this the same guy on the dolphins who said before the phins-pats game that the pats arent any more talented that they are and that it will be a close game? i know one of the dolphins linebackers said he doesnt see the difference in talent between the two teams
yeah, I think he's a reasonably intelligent guy. He was I guess playing the reporter, who fell for it.
it was very sarcastic joke... Crowder's done this before, it's just how he is. personally i think it's hilarious, but most of the public apparently thinks he's serious.
i dont think so..im watching PTI on espn as i am typing this and Dan Lebitard (however u spell his name)...hes a writer for Miami...he said that this is not a joke at all, he has spoken to Crowder about this...and during the offseason, he wrestles wild boars to get ready for the season...hahaha :finssuck:
Yeah i was watching it also, he also questioned if black people lived in London. I was thinking to myself.....no one is THAT dumb
