No doubt he hasn't been there since Mangini has been here,i'm still defending his play from his 1st 2 seasons.

You're an awful fan, because you can't afford to go. Therefore, you can't support and help out the team by screaming on third down.....like I do. That is, until the game is out of reach, of course. Down by two TDs with 4 minutes on the clock and we get stopped on downs, I'm outta there. Same thing if we're up two tds and the other team is stopped. I don't need to go to the goal posts and try to catch a wristband.

But, I'm there for kickoff and standing and yelling on every important third down supporting my team. If the Jets had to rely on you to help them out by making noise on third down, you wouldn't be able to help them, because you can't afford to go. Isn't that correct?

That makes you a failure. In life..........and as a Jets fan. :)

Why would you? You called me out. I'm calling you out, and you got nothing to say. Go on ebay and get some Jets Eagles tickets and support your team. Yelling at the TV doesn't really help the defense, now does it?

I take exception to the poster who claims that "Season Ticket Holders Suck". Especially when the comment is made from someone making this innovative statement from the comfort of thier living watching the game on TV.

I go to every game and have been since 1981, this game I was there at 8:45 AM. If I feel like cheering, I cheer. If I do not feel like it, I do not. I would consider myself one of the louder people in my section, but this game eehh.....

Our defense yesterday missed a million tackles, outside of Two Plays, again did not pressure the QB, called for 2 boggus Pass interference penalties and made a joke of a game come down to a desperate onside kick attempt.

I hear everyone say they can never get tickets blah, blah blah. Satelitte parking Blah Blah Blah.

Parking Passes can be easily bought on Game Day for 20 bucks! There are at least Hundreds if Not Thousands of Tickets that can be bought in the lots, with many sellling for UNDER face value.

So those of you yapping about not having tickets, come on down to The Meadowlands and then you can get in and scream your heads off!

So he's a bad fan because he has a family to support and can't drop a few hundred for a game? also, because he's not at the game he has no right to comment on the crowd?

    Priceless.

No, obviously I'm a bad fan because I don't pay a scalper for tickets for the privilege of being told to sit down and STFU all game long.

But these guys are good fans because they show up and "cheer if they feel like cheering".

Is it any wonder that many of the country's best athletes in any sport refuse to play in NY?

I called you out too and you never responded to my post. I live 300 fucking miles from the team I have season tix for. Yeah 300 miles. It only takes me 5 hours to get to Qualcomm. To be there for a 1 PM (west coast) kickoff I have to leave no later than 6 AM. I like you have a family I want to see as well but it's a few Sundays a year that I am willing to sacrifice. Lets see 10 hour roundtrip drive, over 600 miles on my car. Almost 150 dollars in gas, about 80 dollars for a hotel and not to mention the over 1000 dollars for 2 season tix for a team I don't give a flying fuck about. If I can do that for the GD Chargers you guys can do that for a team that you love so much your willing to argue with fellow fans about how great a fan you are.

Don't tell me about crowd noise not being a factor. I've been to Qwest and that stadium actually rocks. They have sesimic activity during Seahawk games. In case you didn't notice the Seahawks have also had an unreal home record since Qwest opened and it in all likely hood helped them get to the Super Bowl. Oh and in case you forgot why when the Colts blasted the Steelers the year Pitt won the SB why were the Steelers complaining about how loud it was in the dome?

I watch games from all around and I see people waving towels in Pittsburgh, sesimic activity in Seattle, inmates on prison release at Raider games and then I see a bunch of paper fucking airplanes at Jets games. Alio is right and anybody who claims otherwise is out of their mind.

I agree. I was watching the game and the announcers commented how quiet the stadium was. I guess these are fair weather jet fans and only root when they are in 1st place or playing in the playoffs. It's a shame because folks like myself would love to go to the game

Like I said before... the ticket costs have priced out the hardcore fan and now what's left is Giants fans who couldn't get tickets for their own team, and rich psudo fans who care more about saying they have tickets than either showing up to the game themselfs or actually rooting for the team... and it's not everyone... but it's a good portion

We were pretty loud early in the game.... The issue is that it's tough to stay loud when the defense lets you down time and time again.... I can't tell you how many times I got my section up, screaming, on a 3rd down, only to be silenced by a lack of pass rush and an easy 1st down for Miami....

Once you get to the 4th quarter, nobody wants to get up anymore, because how excited can you get for a defense that you know is going to give up the 1st?
