I agree 100%. He caught at least three passes in something like his first 60 games, and was very tough to tackle after he caught the ball. Unbelievable in the red zone, the speed of a pure burner with the size of a posession guy, nothing he couldn't do. Amazing grace and ability. He was drafted the same year as Jerry Rice and from 1985 to about 1990 there were very legitimate comaprisons between the two as to which was the better WR. Had Toon gone to play with Joe Montana in that system, who knows how he might have done?

Kyle Brady...we'd have rings if this guy stuck around.

    Maybe even Neil O'Donnell

Our offense would be explosive if we had Moss right now, imagine if we just resigned Coles and have him and Moss on both sides of the line, and Cotch in the slot........

Absolutely but those guys signed with other teams for way too much money.

Active guys, I'd say a healthy John Abraham. As much as I tired of his act, he certainly changed games when he was in there. He is still active, isn't he? I hear nothing about him.

Marvin Powell. He was the anchor to that great line in the late 70's early 80's.
I'm suprised that they havent called him to help with Brick.

Lamont Jordan, Then Santana Moss, then Kareem and our special little Jetskin Randy Thomas are tied for third.
I really miss moss's big play ability and i always thought Lamont Jordan was something special.

I'm surprised Jordan hasn't done better in Oakland, he's had some good games but not what I thought he'd do. Moss was good when he was in there but he was hurt a lot when we had him. Dedric Ward was a good speed guy, but he had the benefit of two awesome posession WRs in Keyshawn and Chrebet, plus Vinny's arm.

Kareem...no doubt. Losing him and Thomas is why we're in so much trouble right now.

It's tough to wish for Mawae when we have an anchor in MANGOLD.

He had a strained something in his lower somewhere last year and only played in 8 games with 4 sacks. This training camp he's been healthy so far and so he's either going to have a breakout year with 12 sacks or he'll pull something at some point and then work on his hot-tub technique.

The NFL is a tough bruising league and players who are not tough aren't worth anything. Even if they can sack 12 guys in those rare seasons where they don't get nagging injuries.

Jordan had a pretty good season his first season in Oakland before he got injured. Last season that team was a giant offensive mess. His career has been terrorized by bad timing (waiting for Martin, injury, awful team). I really thought he had potential to be very good. He could still put out a few good seasons if Oakland can turn it around quickly.

Right now I'd take McKenzie or Thomas.
