Jaguars set to let go of QB Leftwich and go with Garrard

I could see him in Miami, Atlanta, Minnesota, Oakland or any other number of teams. I guess they really felt he isn't that good to actually cut him.

 

No way that Oakland picks him up... I see Atlanta

 

falcons have no interest in him. besides he doesn't even fit their offense. the raiders already have more than enough QBs. the fins are stacked as well.

he will probably back up somebody in 07 and might get a starting job in 08. kinda like david carr.

 

Many Bears fans are hoping Rex Grossman gets injured again and fast. Brian Griese could hold the fort for a few games until Leftwich learns the playbook.

 

if this is jets related then pretty much every move in the nfl is.

i put in semi jets related....since my thinking of him going to miami affected the team....kinda thin premise, no doubt. i was hoping it didnt get moved.

i can see atlanta taking a stab just b/c dj shockley (as of 2 days ago) was their backup. with byron they get a much better back up....and if worse comes to worse he could step in and start.
