Bless him. It sucks. I don't take my hat off for God Bless America anymore. Partially because I don't think I believe in god, and secondly, a baseball game is not a place for stuff like that. Can't take it anymore.

Also, Yankee fans cannot start the next yankees vs. sox series thread. Leave it to devil. Wait as long as you have to.

It will even be better when Wang passes him in wins too.

Actually, I think this one is for real. If you saw that last at-bat he had in the first game, he looked like he was hurtin'.

And to answer your other question, Beckett was standing on the top step of the dugout.

Probably hiding behind Ortiz. I figured he wouldn't be close enough for Chamberlain to hear him.

I don't think it was an intentional head shot. It wouldn't make any sense.

Or maybe you SAY you don't want to see things like that, but deep deep down in an evil part of your soul, you cackle maniacally when he hit the dirt.

    Right? Right? [IMG]

Sure, I go out of town and miss the entire series, and this is what happens. The Yankees have a knack for making me feel like a jinx.

Awesome series sweep. I'm still not even thinking about the division, but given that I had pretty much given up on the wild card less than a week ago, this is a really nice position to be in.

    Great job Yanks!
