Wonder if they'll reveal our trading partner, or if it'll be a case of waiting to see where Kendall appears on opening day...

I'm kind of with you on this one 227. In one way, I'm glad that the headache will be gone, in another I'm worried that it ultimately hurts the team. I'm going to continue to give Tangini the benefit of the doubt that they have an acceptable plan up their sleeve, but I'm definitely not thrilled. The vindictive part of me is pissed too that we gave in to his demands just because he cried like a baby. Aah, what can you do, fingers are crossed, and I'm sure we'll be scouring the waiver wire as cuts start coming down. I also doubt that they will trade him to a team that we will be playing this year....

I'm happy for Kendall, he got what he wanted most... a raise. I wish him well with his future team. I hope our team can move on without him without missing a step or showing even more skill. That would make it a win win for all involved.

They come here on Nov. 4.

That's one current opponent I wouldn't really care if Kendall was on. There's no amount of preparation he can help them with to hurt us.

I'd say this greatly increases our chances of seeing Clemens in meaningful games this season.

I have a feeling that there will be some veteran guards that are will be cut before the season starts.

    KENDALL SENT TO 'SKINS

A league source tells us that the Jets have sent guard Pete Kendall to the Washington Redskins. It isbelieved that Washington sent a fourth-round pick to the Jets in exchange.

    More to come.

Interesting, a few people have mentioned them recently as a possible landing spot. As Alio said before, if it has to be a team we are playing this year they are the best choice. A 4th round pick would be very nice...

He'll get his roster and signing bonus for whatever it was this season I would think...

When Oakland traded Gerard Warren, he didn't have to give back his roster bonus money and whatever bonuses he received...

I'd be happy if we'd done this before the last draft. Oh well, at least he's not in the division.

4th round? Not bad really...But we really lose a good player on the left side.
