I have not given that athought but since you said it, I agree! If he steps up and does a great job for us, he'd be the steal of the draft!

I love the way hes willing to take a hit unlike McCareins who always ducks outta bounds.

Does everyone but Dwalsh live in FL in this thread?
He's gonna be a huge steal if he pans out and can avoid injuries, thats for damn sure.

Nice vid. The guy has a lot of petential. And yes, he does remind me a bit of Santana; but, he doesn't go down quite as easily as Santana did. He sure seems to have glue-like catching abililty. We'll see; he will get his time in pre-season, no doubt.

He's a gear short of Santana, but that is still very good with his hands.

Stuckley was a half a step from breaking pretty much every play in that video.

Going into last season, most experts had him rated as the #2 reciever in the ACC to Calvin Johnson. If it weren't for him getting hurt and having a bad season for it, he probably would've been a 3rd rounder at the very worst.

If he can stay healthy, he's in that same build as Moss and would complement our other guys very well. That's the key though, and that's why he slid....he needs to be healthy.

I think the Santana Moss comparisons are coming mostly from his height - I see them as different types of receivers. The WR screen play is probably another reason we're drawing these comparisons.

It doesn't look like Stuckly is nearly as fast as Moss to me. He does seem to have better hands and more power fighting off tackles. I see Chansi as more of a possession guy with big play potential where Moss is more of a deep threat stretch the defense type of guy.

    My take on the video:

Positives: catches well in traffic, terrific hands, good touch, good north-south runner, excellent athleticism, decent speed and juking ability, good awareness skills as far as where he's positioned on the field at the time of catch.

Negatives: needs improvement in breaking tackles, seems to go down fairly easily, even with one-arm tackles.

I loved this pick, watched alot of Clemson football the past 2years and this kid is good. He will definetly make the team. Would like to see him as the punt returner, hate to see Revis hurt returning and JMills still has a hard time holding on to punts.

Poor man's Santana? Could very well be.

His speed is not as good as santanas, but he did play football in the fastest, most physical division in the college game.

he needs to bulk up a bit, but the way he plays those wide out screens makes it look like he could be a good fit in our offense.

Yeah, I think I agree with you here. Unfortunately though, very little of the video is in "real time"...the first minute or two is so sped up and comes at you so fast, I had a hard time processing it (and I don't have time to go back and watch it multiple times).

I think he could be a nice addition to the receiving corps...we'll see.
