Chargers... maybe. Bengals couldn't even make the playoffs last year so I am not sure how you figure that they are closer. The jury is still out on the Saints. They looked good last year, but not SB good. Everything changes - every year.
How so? They are all 0-0 Palmer's Bengals are a mess with 10 off field arrests in 1 year. They lost their last 3, finishing 8-8. New Orleans may just be a flash in the pan. 1 year does not make them closer...(see Carolina Panthers) And SD has a whole new staff...Could be a step back this year. Most likely will. I doubt they post a 14-2 record.

H'mm lets C which I am sure you know Cin has won 2 AFC CHAMPIONS & how many have we won? Last I looked we have not smelled a SB for over 38 years now & still counting. Both SD & Cin have been there during the 38 years that we have not appeared
