The Jets are far better than we were last year and we will probably have 2 to 3 less wins than last year.
I love the vertical game but at the end of the day I feel that championship teams are built on both sides of the line. With a good offensive line a below average back can get 1,000 yds. Look at the Broncos year in and out. You could put Lt behind the Texans line and he would struggle. I would rather have built the lines and Had Leon Washington and a stopgap back do it for a year until we could get the heir apparent in the draft. If there is no line it makes no diff who is running the ball. I said the Jones Pickup was one of the best trades we ever made but with that said I stilll feel there are some major line issues that have to be addressed.
