What they knew is Moss didn't want to buy into their system. I think Randy was tired of getting a new system every year.

I think Belicheck will reach Moss. He has three rings to point to if he needs to get his attention.

i know it wasnt gonna be a year and the gap was closed, and im not dissapointed with the 2 picks, but we had a few other needs. harris is a nice pick, but we had holes to fill and instead of having 3-5 day 1 picks, we had 2. thats not exactly "building through the draft".....i trust tangini, but it doesnt take the sting of moss to NE out of it....

It comes from watching him play the past decade dating back to his Marshall days. He's lost his zip. Besides, what WR doesn't lose speed at his age? He's not going to be the deep threat that he was in Minnesota.

Where is that reported. I hear people say it but I have yet to see it written anywhere. Hmm..the first line. I read myself the speed he ran last week.

I agree to a point.. But when he just lines up.. People have to pay attention to him no matter what he's doing. Def Coordinators have to account for him regardless.. Then Welker comes in and kills you..

I go by what I see. The guy has lost speed on the gridiron.

We'll see what happens this season. Moss puts up stats like 90 catches for 1455 yards and a dozen TDs, then I have egg on my face at the end of the year. He performs like he did in Oakland and he continues to be a cancer, then you guys have egg on your faces eight months from now.

What you have seen is a man who has had groin and rib injuries the past couple of years.

Oh, it was written. Okay, my mistake. Moss is marvelous. Wonderful player. I shall now become a Patriots fan. No sense rooting for the Jets. They can't win.

We'll see what happens. I turn out right, I'll remind you about this thread. You can bump it if I'm wrong.

There?s 3 statements. Which one are you disputing? The fact that he would only accept a trade to the Patriots was reported on the NFL network.

What is your argument in that nonsensical comment? Was I there with a stopwatch? No. Was somebody? Probably. It is certainly more believable then a comment like "he's slowed down". Where is that documented?

Me?? haha. The question that was responded to with that post is "Why should I believe he ran that time?" That was the arrogance.
