So after months of not posting (although I have been reading the threads 3+ times a week) I figure why not? Figured I'de post up what ESPN the magazine has to say about the Jets on draft day, first round. Kiper - They need more 3-4 type players. A guy like Timmons can play lineback in their scheme. McShay - I agree they need a pass-rusher, but I think Perdue DE/LB Althony Spencer is a better fit. He had 26.5 tackles for loses last year. gee thanks for stating what we've been saying for months? Pretty much useless information considering threads have been going on about our pass rush since last season, but eh useless information is better then none right?
1) if it's useless information then why are u posting it? 2) this is ESPN the magazine i.e a national magazine. It's not like everyone who reads the magazine knows about the jets and reads these boards. It's not like Kiper and McShay we should draft a LT in the first round just to be different. espn the magazine sucks....i mean, why do you need to have the mag be enormous? espn sucks the big one for another reason, completely independant of their rag mag....the fact that 3/4 of the webste is "insider only"....and its like 40-50 bucks a year to read why buster olney thinks the padres might win the west.....or how len pasquarelli gets all the milk from his fat man-tits.... in otherwords....mel kiper is a douchebag.
