We need 4 day one starters from the first 4 picks this year. No other option. I do think we'll end up with 2-3 starters in FA/trades as well. Anzalone seems like the shoe-in. I think we'll poach a WR from a team that has a full room... would be funny if its Indy again and we're getting Pittman for a day 3 pick.

The first 4 picks should all be day one starters but you never know. I think overall this draft will be a good one. Some picks of course will provide value to the ‘26 team but may not be “starters” until afterwards.

So yes I think and certainly hope that eventually this coming draft will yield more than 4 starters …

Sauce, Quinnen, Mosley, and Lazard are most of it besides Rodgers

Good feedback. My take is Fields was AG big bravado push that completely blew up on his face. Mooge is cautious and deliberate.

I respectfully disagree. Thats how you know the previous regimes couldn’t pick talent if the answer was emailed to them. Disgraceful talent execution across the board.

Yea but that still equals having no talent on your roster.

Yes, this is why they cleaned house and basically reset the clock. They did this with Glenn at the helm which is not the norm… The turnover with the CS and roster should have led to an entirely new regime.

Id argue the clean out happened last year. We had one of the worst rosters in the league, signed almost no one of significance and then traded our two best defensive players. That’s a house cleaning.

Yes, that’s what I’m saying as well. Then they basically replaced the entire CS and kept Glenn.. it’s definitely not the norm. At the end of the day Woody basically gave Glenn a pass and said he’s got to produce this year. This worries me because that means he’s going to over pay free agents and draft scared

good thing Glenn doesn’t make the final decisions in any of those situations. Does he have a say sure, but Moug is the GM not AG

I don’t think there’s anyone out there we can overpay to the point of doing damage. Anzalone is the only guy I can see getting “big” money. We’re not going to be in play for those big time upper echelon contracts this year. I also don’t think Mougey is on the hot seat and he’s just as much part of the process.
