Death Penalty off the table for Luigi Mangione on the Federal Level. Wow. The ruling doesn't make any logical sense at all, but the Judge applied the letter of the law as she interpreted it. Stalking did not constitute a certain level of violence. Huh? The stalking led to the murder, so I guess this is so nuanced that I'm not getting it??? Requires more thinking on my part, I guess. This is bad news for stalking victims IMO. Stay tuned.
