That's probably the best at this point. Make a trade with the Giants OR even just draft whoever isn't taken. The Giants can really play it to. They could trade to #2 with the Jets. Then trade down again with another team. Hopefully Moore declares because the Giants would lose leverage here to.
As of this writing, Aaron Glenn is still the head coach so who gives a shit what QB they draft. There are NO coaches worth a damn or capable of coaching any QB on this team so...wippety doo....
If I'm reading the internet right our colts pick is currently top 20. Not too shabby compared to what it looked like a couple months ago when Sauce went there.
Who cares whoever the Jets draft be sure Aaron Glenn and his staff will ruin them, every player espicially defensive player has regressed under Aaron Glenn this year, he doesn't coach man up or develop them he makes them worse.
We are objectively the worst team in the League, primarily because of garbage coaching. If not for the fortunate ST wins where they scored 10 and 14 points off returns, we would be picking #1 overall.
Unless they are advised by a panel of baboons I think most QBs are going to take $50M guaranteed over 5 years, vs $4-5M with the chance of tearing an ACL and getting nothing after that $4-5M
Feels like Giants & Raiders want to lose rn this is going to be interesting. Also heard they tried to get Ashton to not play but couldn’t
Still 18th. The good news is it cannot get worse than 18th. But we need them to lose 1 more time, and it will move up a bit. That was some epic collapse after they traded for Sauce. They had the best record in the NFL then, the pick was slated to have been 30+. Now it's 18 and can get even better next week.
Auditions for drafting QB's in the draft are coming up with Alabama vs Indiana and Oregon vs Texas Tech. Should give us a good window on the top tiier QB talent.
