I think the Ravens pound us. Why? Because they are busy trying to wipe their horrible start and jockey for a better playoff spot (winning the division). They will be full blown guns a' blazin' and the hapless Jets are in their way. I don't expect Taylor to finish the game, unfortunately. Does anyone know if Cook will be activated? Now that I think about it, when does the team have to alert the NFL to player activation? Game day?
I also think we have ZERO chance to win this game, no matter who plays QB That is a good team, a proud team, a well coached team that is fighting for their lives…their record is bad but Lamar missed a few games…this is also a team that for whatever reason, has always beaten us…haven’t looked up the records but I’d be surprised if we won more than 1 game against them in recent years… At this point, I’m looking at this game to see what our receivers and offense will look like with a better (not great, maybe not even very good, QB, but better than Fields) QB…can our receivers step up and make some plays? What will Mason Taylor look like? I’m already resigning to accepting a loss and at least saying that helps our draft positioning, but I in no way expect a win here. How sad…
Ravens D isn't what it used to be so the jets have I guess what is called a punchers chance. I don't see a win but it won't be a blowout unless Henry goes off on one of his 200 yard 3 td days
You aren't far off. 10-2 That is the record since the Ravens first appeared in Balt. Against our porous 23rd ranked Run D...it's possible.
All my years on this site and I've never seen no one pick the Jets to win in a game EVER. All we have to look forward to is the '26 draft at this point.
Fuck it, I'll do it Tyrod Taylor returns for revenge to the team that drafted him! .......that's all I got
Never want to hear another peep from Breece about being stuck here or from a fan about him being stuck here and us misusing him. Two backbreaking turnovers this season. For as much as Glenn’s decision was the momentum shifter, Breece’s turnover killed any shot at making this a game which we very much were, and I’d argue momentum on was back on our side. This loss is the product of a bad team going up against a good team. You can nitpick coaching very easily but the bottom line is we have a bad roster and bad players do bad things like Oliver and Adams handing over first downs in third down on drives that would eventually end in a TD. Then tack on Mr “shooting himself in the foot” shooting himself in the foot and you got yourself a stew. Stayed competitive, lots of good from guys that will be here long term and the coaching staff, preserved draft position. Could have been worse.
Breece was also the sole reason we were down there, fumble hurt but he was balling out before that. I can forgive a player for fumbling or a penalty, they are football players playing football. The coach making it harder for those players to be successful I cannot forgive, players are ballers not thinkers but your coach is supposed to be the brains behind the operation and ours is missing his.
Of course he’s why we were down there but when you run your mouth and whine publicly about wanting opportunities and wanting to leave, then you literally fumble your opportunity, you’re gonna catch shit for it. We’re definitely not gonna pretend like the team was set up to fail solely because of the bad decision to go for it on fourth. We had about 3 different ways to make up for that and individuals pissed them away. Oliver PI Adams PI Sherwood missed sack Breece fumble
