I was wondering about these ICE videos I've seen where the guys with the masks look like they would be more suited sitting behind a desk somewhere, and now it makes perfect sense.
Some are just unqualified goons, taking the opportunity to take their misery out on just anyone , with a free pass.

Not sure you can have an honest and legitimate war on drugs, when you need the low level dealers and users to fill a profit prison system.
The prison system needs to be revamped no question, but the U.S. prison system will never have a shortage of violent offenders, human traffickers, and sex offenders with or without the drug trade, I'm afraid. That portion of the prison population probably would go down exponentially, though.
