Did anyone notice how immaculate the turf was in that stadium today? Perhaps Woody might want to contract those Brits to come accross the pond and redo MetLife.

    No slips, no injuries today...

Very impressed with the turf and the Stadium today. Makes MetLife look amateurish to say the least..

It is a nice stadium - very new and the facilities are great (other than it is a bit of PITA to get to and from)

Actually I believe it was Wilson who slipped and went down near the sideline which required a long stretch to pick up a first down.

Buffalo is putting grass in their new stadium and we’ve been told you can’t go grass in the north east

Is that right? Impressive but during the winter, that grass will become harder than concrete. Guess that and no roof cover is "homefield advantage" for the Bills.

I remember that play. Wasn't that on one of Fields short throws? Looks like his feet just came out from under him. Otherwise, looked like good traction all game to me.

The choice on field turf over grass has nothing to do with climate. It has everything to do with turning the stadium over as quickly as possible to be able to host non-football events.

They just roll the turf up and poof you can have concerts on Friday and Saturday night before games. You can’t do that as easily with grass and you have to pay an entire staff to maintain the grass all year long.

I’m not defending it, but it’s a big profit difference for the greedy NFL owners.
