If we had coaches who knew what they were doing and a QB competent enough to run it. The Jets would be running a quick tempo spread offense and attacking that Dallas secondary. Instead it is what it is. Even without Parsons Dallas is getting after & getting to Fields. So sad to see.
I know Tyrod is certainly not the answer in any way, shape or form. But at least I feel like he gives you a chance in the game. Maybe not a great chance, but at least some chance.
The Jets are at least trying hard to get the Dallas defense right and get their confidence up for the rest of the year.
Just like Ruckert standing around on Hall’s 22 yard run, just like the mental errors and stupid penalties, just like putting one of your best offensive players at kick returner, just like dancing down the sidelines with 2 minutes left in the game, no one on this team is minding the the details nor leading at a high level.
You gotta understand, the Jets are not about winning games. They’re about protecting the “confidence” of their stellar players
Coach Glenn wants to hold players accountable. Get Tyrod in at QB. Send a message. Stop playing favorites.
Probably not. I will continue to try and find excuses for them, so maybe the alternate uniforms are selected early? Or, at worst, they probably selected it a couple of weeks ago and maybe they didn't know the weather. That's all I got.
Had a nice day out watching my soccer team win - can always count on the Jets to wipe the smile off your face!
