In what way are you expecting a word from them? What has the Jets Rep promised you? Tickets will be delivered digitally closer to the event, like the vast majority of music concerts. If you haven't had any kind of receipt of payment then, of course, I'd be worried about that.
KOB the way it works for season ticket holders is we get notice from Ticketmaster UK what tickets have been set aside for us and a commitment request to purchase them. Last year I got the email in June for the October 6 game at Tottenham. I agree the tickets themselves are released in digital form closer to the game.
