I think most fans expectations for this team and this season's prospects are what LA Jet Fan articulated. I have a picture developing in my head. Rogers gets pancaked by Quinnen. Fields proves that his LEGS are dangerous.
I hope Rodgers delivers a Super Bowl to Pittsburgh. Max pain for the ungrateful Jet fan base, well deserved to.
Soxx. I love your passion brother but hold on there. I don't like Rodgers as a person. I am glad Jets got rid of him. I don't wish him ill at Steelers. May God bless him. Let's say he wins at Steelers. That is a team that never had a losing season past 20 years or so. Makes play offs regularly. Have a great coach etc. What makes you think Jets would even make it to playoffs with Rodgers? Not everything is equal and things should not be evaluated in a vacuum. Your obsession with a washed up QB is not healthy man. He doesn't play for the Jets anymore. Fuck him. Let him go.
Because this team has the pieces it just needed the proper coaching which I said last off-season as well. It actually got even worse with Woody not replacing Saleh with an actual head coach. Ulbrich was a death sentence. Rodgers winning a title is the fastest way to out this clown show which will lead to a title sooner than keeping the clowns in place.
Huh? What should Jets fans be grateful for regarding Rodgers? It's not like he did anything to improve things around here.
Well, that's one opinion - based on what is not at all clear. I've certainly had plenty of experience as a Jets fan to watch new coaching staffs stumble but I've never predetermined such an outcome (nor have I predetermined the opposite). As always, summer is a time to wait and see.
I would imagine that a Me-centric dude like Rodgers would definitely cover those wants in a fashion that primarily benefit him and his "legacy". I'm really interested to see how that situation in Pittsburgh plays out. The sound decision-making of the Steelers seems a bit less sound these days. His Super Bowl ring is 15 years old.
Surprised that the marriage has not been mentioned here at all. So happy to not be knee dip in this shit here in Jetsland. www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/nfl/article-14803097/Aaron-Rodgers-brother-vengeful-act-wedding.html
This will all be explained in Aaron's next personal exploratory documentary, Aaron Rodgers: Mysterious Awesome Legend Bro
Justin Fields, no bullshit. Fields agreed to terms on the very first day of legal tampering then he came to the facility and signed on the first day he was allowed, wearing a "humble over hype" t-shirt. Fields has been at the facility for everything required and not required. No long drawn out offseason commitment, no player or coaching staff demands/requests, no weekly podcasts, no surprise vacations during mandatory minicamp..
