Forget Stephen Hill, the Jet legacy of drafting very speedy WRs who cant catch goes back to Lam Jones, who we traded UP to get with the # 2 overall pick.
Arian Smith was selected with the 110th pick in the draft. It's unfair and bad energy to compare him to Lam Jones (2nd pick) or Stephen Hill (43rd). you can take a big risk on a speed guy with the 110th pick, in fact that's more appropriate, and in-line with where Hill and Jones should've been taken
Not sure how many of you guys get tagged when the Jets post on Facebook but I got one today that has a quick video of one of the equipment guys setting up practice jerseys for camp. At the end he said when he's done doing the printing they send it to the helmet department and those guys sew in a sensor that the Jets can track to see things like player speed and probably also things like routes. No more "red line" complaints this year?
