It's amazing Saleh gets to coach this team when you have guys like Vrabel or Carrol available who have proven they can coach winning teams and get the most out of their teams. I would take Rex Ryan to, he never had a QB and that was always his biggest issue.
I know I’ll get flamed for this, but I’m telling you the time to fire Saleh is right now if we lose this game. Promote Ulbrich for now just to send a message to the team. I would bet anything it would be a shot in the arm to the entire team. We have Saleh’s inept personality all over this team. They’re weak, undisciplined, unimaginative, and cowardly.
