Scavengers Reign on Netflix is brilliant. The creature concept work for the aliens is worth watching by itself. That stuff reminds me a lot of that trippy 60s French animated movie Fantastic Planet. This is worth watching even if you don't like animated productions. BTW it's not anime.
Any Rutger Hauer fans in the house? Watching "Split Second" on YouTube Premium. For an older flick, it was pretty good. "We need bigger guns!!" '
I'm watching the second season of American Rust. It's okay, I just need to stop multi-tasking while watching it. My attention span sucks.
Got my series crossed up. I meant season 2 got whacky and liked season 1. Not sure why they made Billy such a I don’t give a fuck lunatic the entire time and the weird sexual tension with Isaac and the sister at the same time the whole season.
I see The Boys new season has kicked off on Prime. Early review from my brother is - seems like they’re sprinkling in election year politics. I’ll wait until the full season is out.
I dropped the season before this one because it was starting to get annoying for me but I've been thinking about watching it. Gen V wasn't as bad as I expected it to be. Erin Moriarty needs to eat sandwiches.
Yeah, I'm watching it. There are a few scenes that are disturbingly messed up. Yes, you can tell it's political and they overreach with both the right and the left. (Homelander's and Stalight's supporters)
