Somewhat but they were also down basically 4 guys (Randle, Bogdanovic, Robinson and OG once he didn’t return) that normally would’ve been in the rotation. Sad to see for the Knicks. I think at full strength they walk all over the Pacers in 5.
Definitely an unfortunate time to be depleted/ the walking wounded. That's sports, though. At least there's genuine hope for next year because Thibodeaux ain't no joke, and that's half the battle. I am hard-pressed to call this season a failure. Some of these Knicks fans are insane in all the wrong ways. I get the frustration, I'm a Jets fan, hello; I just don't think some Knicks fans were being rationally fair. So, now that the Knicks are out, I'll be defaulting to my usual gig and stop watching because I no longer give a shit.
I wouldn't mind seeing a top 50 ranking of sports shitheads. That would be my kind of meaningless offseason list.
Win or lose, there's no way the Pacers offense is going to look like this all series. They look better than prime warriors going back to game 7
I don't but I thought he would retire a couple of years ago so who knows. I have always expected Manu Ginobili to be his eventual replacement.
I prefer the Mavs over the wolves as a Celtics fan. One caveat is Kyrie will actually come to play with some passion because of the history with the Celtics.
The pacers must feel like they can't win a single game this series. Two out of three games the Celtics stole it at the end.
Barkley: “we live in a world where 2 of the best basketball players in the world are slightly overweight white guys” haha
Going to be fun finals. Either team can sweep or get swept. Basically all comes down to if the Celtics don't play bad basketball which isn't guaranteed. Both teams are iso teams, but the Celtics have 6 players that can win a game any night. Mavs have 2. The Mavs have players that can play great and steal a game but if 2 of Tatum/Brown/Jrue/White/KP/Horford win a game it's not as surprising.
