yes the last time an opponent had over 300 passing yards against the Jets was Tom Brady with Tampa Bay.

But even in that game the defense frustrated Antonio Brown so much that he quit football mid-game hahaha

 

It is unbelievable how just being an average offensive team would have this team at 8-5 or better.
Reminds me of this Nolan Ryan stat:
In 1987, Ryan led the major leagues in both ERA (2.76) and strikeouts (270) at the age of 40, but finished 8–16 as the result of extremely poor run support; the Astros scored a total of 27 runs in his 16 losses–an average of 1.69 runs per game.
