Disgustingly, about half of more of the stadium has PSL's so they can't just give up their season tickets without taking a serious financial hit. It is truly criminal.
I can write it out for you but I can't understand it for you. You can write whatever you want but your imagination does not create reality - you have no idea whose idea it was to initiate the Rodgers fiasco, but Harry Truman's sign belongs on Woody's desk, no one else's. Now, back to your point you chose not to support - how is 4 - 8 better than 5 - 7?
The cryptic responses from the coach, and no word from the GM it sure sounds like Woody is making decisions on who will play QB for the Jets. This is why this organization will never be successful, whatever the media or public pressure is saying this organization reacts to it. 13 plus years without playoffs and there is only one constant. We can fire every GM and every coach it will not matter as long as Woody keeps medaling.
Woody only understands being embarrassed. Boycotting won’t work as the NFL teams all share in that money. Having fans wear bags on their heads expressing their displeasure will help. Also billboards and banners expressing the fan’s outrage will also be a positive.
I don't know how I missed this forum gold, but I am ABSOLUTELY willing to not only donate, but run the damn GoFundMe and help promote it. Anyone wanna find out prices for billboard ads in the most crowded areas in the metro area, I'm in. And I'm not kidding.
Should be pretty cheap too. It’s in Orlando, Florida this year. It’s not hard to find out prices. I used to work in advertising. Companies don’t spend a lot on billboards anymore because there’s no trackable ROI like internet spending. $5,000-$10,000 gets you a long way.
I was super hyped for the idea, but I think it might be better in the New York area. With the pros and cons. In Orlando, no one's going to care, maybe a couple of owners laugh about it, he laughs about it, they all laugh at our expense. A little chortle at how silly the pesky fans can be. Around here, it can gain more traction. Strategy is not my strong point, so if I missing a nuance, don't hesitate to let me know.
Normally it would get more coverage in New York, but if you put those billboards on an approaching road from the airport to the site of the meetings, all of the major sports media plus all of the NFL ownership would be driving right by it.
I know the Jets record is worse than that of the two teams you cited as being worse than them. I was pretty good in math in the fourth grade, you can't swindle me like that.
