Throughout his Jets career, Zach has had two types of games. Games where he looks like a game manager and games where he looks like he belongs in the XFL. So far in 2023, he has one game manager game. Still has never had a great game. So frankly, there's nothing he's done to indicate that he's improved at all. If he can go a few games without an XFL game, then we can conclude he's improved--though unless he can also mix in some great games, he hasn't improved enough.

Hahaha! That pass was directly to the defender! No chance of being intercepted!! Aikman and Buck couldn't fall all over themselves more pointing out how bad that pass was.
He's had better games last year and as a rookie than he had last week. So unless he can have a great game coming up, or go multiple games without a really bad one, there's no way to know if he's improved or not. The personal stuff I'm just going to ignore because it's not worth it.
Another gutsy performance by Zach Wilson. Today! They only lost by 20 with another qb it woulda been at least 40.
Update: He couldn't go one more game without a really bad one. Guy hasn't improved in the slightest. Get a new QB this week.
Not really sure how you can say he was the problem today. The game was over when the INTs came. the defense fucking sucked. Hall getting 4 Carries is a travesty. Hackett coming out in empty with 3 TE and 2 WR was mind boggling.

Last season this franchise and this fanbase had seen enough of Zach to know he's not the answer. I get why we're trying to psyche ourselves up but we all now exactly what he is by now. And the "elite" defense can't stop anyone when it matters (though they get zero help from their offense). Where's sauce when it's time for an impact play?? The jets NEEDED that win on Monday night but I kept telling everyone Zach beat the bills last season what did it matter?
his team - like many Jets teams - believed the hype. they were out coached and out played. I actually turned off the game which is the 1st time ever... OL is trash and that is on JD... its criminal how bad that are.... The game planing- if that is waht you want to call it - was JV at best. All you need to do is pressure ZW and he folds ... that last throw - you know the one that almost rgot Wilson killed - is a microcosn of his QB skill... if this is how he plays after being mentored by AR after 5-6 months and coached up... then heaven help us cause this seaon is alread toast with this stiff.... you want to see good QB play, go watch the 2nd year man BP of the 49ners who are 2-0.
The INTs came when the training wheels came off. It's the same shit with him every year he's been here: you can limit the INTs by handicapping your offense like it's the 1970s, but the moment you try to run a 21st century offense, he implodes. The defense was bad today, but they were still better than he was.
It's definitely not unfair to Zach, but you can feel for him because he obviously cares, knows he's the problem and wants to improve. But he just sucks, and sometimes you can't fix suck. Not only that, the fans, the media, probably the team feels the team is never going to be good with him leading at QB.
Zach Wilson plays at a high school sophomore level. Running around like a chicken with no head, many times in reverse, once in a blue moon, like a blind squirrel, he gets a nut. Joe Douglas crapped the bed on this pick but is unwilling to move on.
They were down 17 points and teeing off. It’s the legit same thing they did to the giants last week. the fact that Breece hall had 4 carries is a fucking joke. The fact that the jets version of LOB or 85 bears couldn’t get off the field on any third down was absurd. It was a complete ass kicking in all aspects but Zach isn’t even near the top of the list. i am not even a Zach supporter. I think he freaking sucks.
