I am so ready for this season finally ... I made the plunge and got my season tickets. back in 1996 I was on the waiting list and decided to ditch the list once they started charging to be on it. took me a long time to hop on but I'm glad I took the chance. LGJ looking at you @Brook!
Well in the early 2000's I never cared for season tix. since 2010 most of my money went to gambling. figured I would celebrate 1 year clean with a present for myself.
the rep who called me was nice, not pushy. it was good timing. and I got a sweet seat section 337 row 2
Congrats bro!!! Seriously It's a great present as well. I live in Denver and plan on going to the game in week 5. Anyone else find it funny that we play Denver again at their house back to back years? Let's just hope we don't lose two of our top guys again.
WTF? The Jets charge fans for being on the waiting list for season tickets, when it benefits THEM and makes it easier for THEM to make sure that all of the season tickets are always sold? Unbelievable! Greedy bastards. How much did you have to pay for the privilege of being on their waiting list?
Crazy how the ticket hunt went from a long wait list, and then a list you were charged a fee just to be on, to a point were you purposely ignore all the annoying Jets rep phone calls pitching tickets to you. I guess that's what they call monetizing.
I don't remember as it was 20 plus years ago and I never paid it but it was somewhere around 100 bucks per year ... I think
