I am going to be watching the Rangers game today too. It didn't hurt so much at the time because I honestly felt all season long he didn't want to be here, but I am feeling a little sad about deGrom right now. :(

He just gave up a 2 run HR to Bohm

41-13 on Opening Day since 1970, after starting 0-8.

Thought we were doomed after the homerun to make it 3-3. Robertson looked good which was awesome.

Great win to start the season. Quality ABs early really got to Alcantra. Slimmed down Vogey actually making good use of his walk rate. Questionable call sending Narvaez in that spot, but can't argue with the run scored. Looking forward to seeing how aggressive Buck gets with these guys. This squad has a lot of talent, but their best ability is their availability. Really need everyone to be healthy through October.

This is ridiculous! Clearly safe. That’s two days in a row.

Hopefully Senga is just dealing with nerves, because he is off to a terrible start.

Nice recovery from bases loaded and none out.

Nice and neat win to take 3 out of 4. Senga starts his major league career with four straight batters reaching base, gets the third out on a hard-hit ball to Marte, and then cruises, and Tommy Pham with a big game subbing for Nimmo.

Well this suck especially considering it’s probably the thumb that took him out last season.

Same lineup as last year that couldn't hit homeruns. 20 innings in a row without a run. Why would anyone expect a different outcome? They needed a bat last year. This didn't address it. They need a bat this year. The owner even said it and they didn't do anything for it. They could have figured out the Correa shit if they wanted too. Pathetic.

Scherzer was toasted at the end of last year and both games in the 6th inning this year he looks toasted. Time to worry?

So the 6th-9th innings all year will be terrifying. And we didn't solidify the rotation. There has to be someone in Triple A we can call up to replace or through a wrench into this situation.
