How are the knees? What surgeries were done? Does he have a chronic condition? He actually looks too thin, though he's probably a little thicker than this photo appears to show. Still, good to see the effort.
Glad to see Becton is getting in shape to do his job! He is doing this because he is playing for his payday. I hope he is all in but he wants his payday period. Stop showing us pictures. Let’s see his ass on the field playing ball for a full 17 and making a difference. We shouldn’t be excited over his pictures. We should be excited when his ass is on the field and going to work and shutting speed rushers down. Last time he was out on the field Lawson was tearing him up in training camp.
hey it’s good to see progression. He’s been thru the ringer with his multiple injuries. The Jets staff has put much faith in him since he’s still apart of the team. He has a LOT to prove, maybe having his need seed gave him brand new purpose. Really rooting for him.
He looks serious about playing. With that weight loss, his knees will last longer. I'm sure that when he was at his heaviest, his injuries were because his knees couldn't handle the weight. We shall see, I'm pulling for him.
Last year Becton was a big question mark, and he was tweeting insecure bullshit at the doubters. This year Becton is a the same big question mark, but he's learned some humility. He's more valuable now, imo. Not even kidding.
He needed to lose weight but it looks like he lost a lot of weight. Is that a good thing considering the position he plays? lol
I think even with all of that weight loss, he's got to be around 340-350. Defensive ends will still have a lot of trouble with that.

I would imagine his knees are very happy about the weight loss. Maybe he can go 8 games or better this year.
