Yeah sure, sounds like a serious bargain for a 40 year old QB who could not even muster one measly 300 yard passing game in 2022 and only went over 255 yards passing once. Before there was Bill Bellicheat, there was Don Shula, who along with the NFL screwed the Jets in the Mud Bowl. It seems like the purpose of the competition committee is to makes sure that some teams never compete. All a part of how the NFL does business.

I guess I would go with Carr. He wouldn't cost you any draft picks and he probably gets you in the playoffs the next couple years. Doubt we'd even sniff a Super Bowl but a couple of straight years in the playoffs would be hella better than what we had the last 13 years. Rodgers seems like he'd be a massive headache, maybe not the best teammate for the youngsters and would cost too much draft capital.
