He could also be the Scott Mitchell of his time.

CHad needs to get a woman. Because like Dan marino says you have to take care of the hands, that take care of you. Didn't Mrs Pennington ever tell him he could go blind doing that.(maybe thats where he threw his arm out)

This thread kinda makes me feel, to steal a phrase from Chad, PRIVELEDGED, to have him as our quarterback.

Shaub does come to mind but I think that situation will turn out in shaub's favor. They will keep him no doubt about it!

Please, you guy's will be in the market for a quarter back real soon. Lossman will fold ,they should have treated van pelt with alittle respect and put him in at starter.

No, we won't! We've finally scratched "starting QB" off our "Needs ..." list for the first time since Jim Kelly retired!

If the Jets are smart, they'll do the same. They should groom Clemens so he's ready if Chad goes down, but Chad's proven he can get more out his team than anybody else, so why go chasing after these supposedly "better" QBs? The Jets aren't out of the playoffs because of Chad. They're out of the playoffs because the Pats are a better team at this point. Chasing that supposedly "better" QB might land the Jets a prize like Daunte Culpepper! :)

Hate to say it but the Bills fan above makes more sense than most Jets fans on this board.

    Good job buddy.

Schaub? Yeah right. Why get Schaub when you can have McNabb?

Once again hooked on phoenix has failed another child in the world! The post is asking a question, not making a statement. Within that question I make a statement pertaining to the question! That I would choose Mcnabb! The Bill suck! And Ill put this one in my stocking to talk to you next year when we hear the same song about lossman! 7-9 At least you finished ahead of the dolphins.

As we all saw in the NE game, there is nothing wrong with his arm, he threw for 300 yards, because we couldn't run.

    McNabb?

I just got that laugh I needed all day. Thanks.

I can't even think of a good reason that would make sense to bring him over to the Jets.

Well said. And not from a Jet fan, sometimes objectivity leads to seeing things more clearly.

Dan Marino might be willing to come out of retirement.

He's who I would be able to accept as our QB rather then Chad. To me he's got some intangable that chad doesnt. I think he would fit!
