In all fairness, it's not like our QBs are better. There is a pretty good chance Flacco will be the starter, White has been downgraded to limited. And if he is not healed, there is no point to play like he did last time. We have Flacco for that.
Flacco is our highest rated QB. Personally I think he gives us the best chance at winning. He did throw 4 TD's in Cleveland.
The only thing that makes sense is to play Zach or play Streveler. Mike White is hurt and nobody needs to see Flacco play.
I would let Streveler play. Zach is what he is but if they want him to come back next year in any capacity they can’t possibly play him. He’s completely broken right now. They need to just tell him to go home and start getting ready to compete for his job next season.
Probably should ask Zach if he's so "broken" that he can't play. He is a professional and he has agency.
Am I imagining that the reports before the Jacksonville game were that his confidence was shot? Because if I remember that correctly then that game probably destroyed him. There’s nothing for this team to gain by putting him back out there to get his ass kicked again. Let Streveler start, Flacco is the backup, White and Wilson inactive. If somehow Streveler and Flacco suffer injuries in the same game then fuck it, let Robinson play qb for awhile. Losing this game would not be a terrible thing
I expect the team to go full Adam Gase and win this game. Stick it in our azz a little further now that all the meaningful games are over.
What better way to get his confidence back then by letting him play a meaningless away game? Sounds like you're the one that's lost confidence.
POTENTIAL asset value... i'd guess that you could llok at guys taken in the 2nd rnd who fared better than those 11-18 dudes, no?
Honestly, I'm going to root for this coaching staff and regime so I'd like to see them finish strong with a good all-around performance to close. I don't want them to go out with a 6 game losing streak
I say start as many young prospects as possible and play them as much as possible, such as Ruckert, Tony Adams, Michael Clemons, Jermaine Johnson. They'll get some reps and the organization can a better look at their skills. I'm torn about winning or losing.
EXACTLY...They MUST get away from losing, playing out the string, and getting by. REAL TEAMS WIN... We aren't there yet.
Lose, a win is worthless for all. We are a perpetual shit show no reason to go the other direction now.
