I don't think he's as bad as Hackenberg, but I don't know if he can learn enough and adapt enough to the NFL game so it doesn't make any real difference. I don't think he plays another down for the Jets, even in an emergency. He'll be traded or cut. The Jets can't afford to carry him on the roster. Maybe some team would be willing to take a flyer on him, but if not, cut him and move on. Find a vet with a proven winning track record and pay him whatever it takes. And find a stud Edge rusher (or two) who can get to the QB.
I voted second before reading this thinking it was all time bust and he’s be behind Jamarcus. He’s that bad.

The team had no interest in playing for Wilson. You cringe every time he snaps the ball. With every other QB in there Flacco, White and Streveler it's like watching an NFL game. With Zach it's like watching a kid who won a radio contest and got to play for the Jets for one game.
I actually deleted that thought out of my post. I actually think he got worse... processing... mechanics... leadership. $35 million for that. Heads should roll... but they won't.
Streveler is not good QB. At least if you're seriously trying to win. They need to bring another legit starter or backup. Streveler is a third stringer.

I don't think he has any competition at this point. He's a definite number one. We've had our share of high pick busts but the position Wilson plays magnifies how terrible this pick was even more.
He's definitely bad and it really sucks, but I've seen a few worse QBs. Petty, MacElroy, Hackenburg, Kellen Clemons. The dagger is obviously Zach is the second pick in the draft. All time busts? I think that remains to be seen, but he's trending to easily be in top 10.
Dewayne Robertson was a front office panic move because Josh Evans got suspended and every time we lost a player Terry Bradway would panic and do something stupid to replace them. He was supposed to be a "bowling ball with knives" - he was more of a beach ball with wooden spoons.
Oh, as for Jets all time busts, Zach is the clear worst of all time due to the position he plays. As for all time NFL busts, he’s probably one of the 5 biggest busts in NFL history.
