My concern is that it is something at least as serious as what is being speculated. If it were not, it would have been better for the Jets to release it. They decided to hide it, fully knowing people will think something really bad, hence the truth might be even worse. At this point I will be happy if Max will be ready by 2023 training camp. But not even counting on it.

A side effect of the COVID vaccine is multiple clotting. If its DVT it could absolutely be life threatening. Hoping the best for Max.
So what can they do to treat it? Blood thinners? How is it not a long term injury, what if he gets a cut or something on the field?
I wonder what kind of wonder supplements they are giving them that causes temporary blood clots? Otherwise, I'm with ouchy and BN, this doesn't sound temporary.
If discovered soon enough they can treat them with thinners and stints. The danger is if one of the clots starts moving toward the lungs or heart which can restrict/block blood flow and become life threatening. Max should have some great doctors around him but its never a for sure thing until they are shrunk enough to not cause a serious blockage.
Read an article how the climate crisis since mid 2020 has caused a rapid rise in blood clots and heart attacks in professional athletes. Not a doctor, but seems very reasonable… Glad they caught this early.

I wonder if his knee injury might have saved his life. If he was short of breath or had some calf pain while playing he may have written it off and “roughed it out”.
On a separate note ex-jet/current Panther, Henry Anderson just suffered a blot clot in his brain. “The Panthers placed Anderson on the non-football illness list the following week, but the team never provided an explanation” I’ve heard they think it might have been caused by anxiety and dehydration.
COVID “vaccine” causes hereditary condition. The timers are going off and sheeple are dropping like flies. I read last week about a person in their mid 20’s dropped dead suddenly in Ecuador. @ouchy can confirm it was vaccine induced. RIP sheeple.
More context for Max Mitchell. Sounds like this contributed to his performance on Sunday. Good to know it was about more than bad football. Clearly his health was a big factor. Hope everything heals well and he's back next year to compete to start at RT.
