The games in Question @Packers @Denver Pats Bills @pats On top of that, in last 2 games, in the last 6 quarters, they allowed only 6 points. This team is a QB away from being a Superbowl contender. So frustrating.
The D is really good no doubt, but yesterday they also allowed NE to basically move the ball and control the clock all game. They definitely played well enough for the win, but at times they have a hard time getting off the field. Allow way too many 3rd and long conversions.
Better to have the Jet Defense on the field instead of the Offense, since there is a lesser chance of the opponent scoring when the DEF is on the field.
Not to rain on the parade because the defense has been awesome but that’s not exactly murderer’s row of offenses. I’m glad the defense is cooking and it’s way better to watch these front four pressures than needing exotic 3-4 blitzes that leave receivers wide open.
The entire second half I was calling for the Jets to punt on first down in order to give us the best chance to win.
Lets just hope the SB is played in a warm, wind-free dome so ZW has a fighters chance of breaking the 100 yard mark!
shades of 2009/2010 right now. reed and sauce are the new revis/cro the d-line is the new "FEAR" line we had the offense is still inept.
Some of that is a result of offense going 3 and out time and time again. Literally 2 or 3 players had some poor tackling all day that enabled some first downs that should not have been.
Agree on the offense, but at the same time those 3rd and long conversions allow a change in field position. A game like this, it matters.
I feel so bad for our Defense. They wanted to win now but our QB said he didn't left our defense down. WTFFFFFFFF.
The defense has been beasting it this year. Watching Jones get sacked 6 times was just glorious, I wouldn't like to be standing back there watching Williams coming at me full steam.
