So he said after-saleh-that mims ain’t going nowhere.. Mai once Davis returns, I guess Jeff smith is inactive?
I know Wilson is a stud but teams are just going to focus on Wilson and make sure he wrapped up. I just don't understand why Moore is on the outs. Last year looked very promising and this year was suppose to be his breakout year because of the edition of Wilson. Also teams are going to be focusing on our run game and eventually Zach is going to have to throw more than 20 times a game. With more targets life will be easier for him.
Elijah Moore should've learned his lesson, it was handled correctly and let's hope he'll be better for it; but to bury someone indefinitely at this point for acting like a hump is biting off your nose to spite your face. That said, he also shouldn't have been playing out of position, he isn't a outside guy. At the same time Wilson has excelled the last two weeks being shifted to the outside, should be an interesting second half to the season.
Last year there was nothing but praise about his play. He was making big plays and running reverses. Now I was ticked off by his pouting earlier this year but we drafted a much better WR in Wilson. It's on the Jet's coaches to figure out how to coach him up and put him in a position to help the team. They never figured out how to utilize Cager and just this past weekend he caught a TD for the cross-stadium Giants.
That Part. and that's why I wanted Saleh. I saw him as exactly that. Accountability and keeping that morale going upwards. Tomlin 2.o if you will lol
Moore played primarily in the slot against the Bills. I don't think Saleh saying out loud what the jets have been doing is anything new to the Pats.
UPDATED: Solved This was a clear issue of a player calling out a QB and the bs Politics of it. While we may denounce doing it publicly sometimes whistleblowers are the only link to the truth. Money and power do not like whistleblowers. Elijah has been Cleared.
Elijah Moore fell on the sword. Someone had to put pressure on Zach Wilson first – because Saleh wasn't going to do it.
He couldn't until now. I'm not gonna blame him... We now know who and what Zach is and isn't thanks to this week.. I told the Mrs. This game might be worth the L if it means him getting benched or finishing the year. Hard to swallow but we now know it as a fact
He might be right on ZW being no good, but if that IG post of him throwing is a passive aggressive way of tweaking ZW, then he def has to go. Rat on a sinking ship
I bet Moore no longer wants to be traded, he looked so happy today, just shows what a competent quarterback can do, the only one who looked unhappy today was cry baby Zack. If White can even play near this level you will never see a wide receiver begging for a trade out of town again.
