We are 5-2 coming off two back to back road wins.

A win in this game will go a long way in locking a playoff spot. But hoodie has always presented a challenge to us.

Metlife should be rocking.... Go Jets!!!!

The only way the jets win is if Zach surprises everyone at this point. BB is going to be ready to put the game in his hands and make him beat them.

This is the game where our passing attack has to get back on track. Bill will do everything he can to stop the run. Zach has to step up.

Should probably cancel the blackout uniforms this week and ride the streak with white tops/black pants, so we have a shot.

Zach is going to have to step up in a major way for us to have a chance in this game. He's not going to have Hall to bail out the offense when they go stagnant.

The first question is who will play next week. No Hall. AVT? Davis? Moore? Down 4 offensive starters would be pretty rough. No Hall completely changes our offense. No home run hitter. I think we will have to return to more 11 rather 12 assuming we have Moore and Davis back. MLF is going to have a challenging week.

That being said this is a huge game. A win and we belong and are a serious SB contender. A loss and 5-5 with a 3 game losing streak seems likely with a chance of the season blowing up. It is a game that could change our season.

I was leaning on the Jets winning this game because they could expose the Patriot's weak run defense. But Hall's injury throws a monkey wrench on that. The Pats are getting Mac Jones back at QB starting Monday night. The 3rd string QB Zappy was actually playing better. If the same Mac Jones comes back throwing interceptions, I will start leaning toward the Jets again. But maybe the time off and watching the 3rd string QB run the offense better than him, might have taught him something.

I will say the Jets will win, but I may change my mind after the Monday night game watching the Pats. Either way, I suspect this game will be a very close game.

42 - 3 Patriots. Bill Belichick is already salivating at this matchup. With Hall hurt, Zach will have to make the throws, but will fail miserably. We may be looking at a 3 or 4 turnover game from Mr. Hero-Ball.

Taking the Pats. Losing our best offensive player hurts. You know what Bill will do. He will find a way to take Carter out of the game and put it on Zach shoulders to win the game. The Pats defense is pretty good and Zach hasn't shown he can carry a team. He is going to have to be more than a game manager. Hope I am wrong but I think NE wins this one.

Losing Hall is a crushing loss. Even more so when you consider how bad the offense is without Breece. Zach looks no better than Mark Sanchez without the turnovers right now. I can't possibly see us winning against the patsies without Breece Hall. Zach Wilson left up to his own devices? Is a recipe for losing....

There is no reason to be scared of New England. They are an average football team with average talent on the field this year. The Jets are at home against an average team with a young QB on a short week, this should be a win.

They didn't kick the winning FG in OT against the Pack in week 4.

But if they had, they would literally be scoring more points than the week before every single week.

Is it not an interesting factoid that a team could score more points than the week before for seven straight weeks?
