    It helps when you try to attack more than 10 yards down the field with your 1st or 2nd down, instead of waiting until it is inevitably 3rd &14, and you have no choice. Even then, since we are talking Jets, 3rd & 14 typically means a draw/short screen is coming out of the playbook, or no one is running a pattern deeper than 7 yards down field.
