We can basically kiss the Soto dream goodbye. A starter and a relief pitcher is far more important. I'd love to see them get Castillo from the Reds.

For an athlete, it's pretty nuts how unathletic he is. Over a handful of times he's gotten injured just running out, stretching or taking bp.

    He's 6'6" and 245 pounds. That's huge for a baseball player

He hurts himself running 90 feet. Also, just look at the guy run, he is stiff as F. Judge is a big dude but much more fluid.

Yanks make a lot of outs on the bases.

Boone really needs to go. The green light to Rizzo and the steal in the 7rh were just awful decisions. I hate this guy as a manager.

Most teams set their rotation up coming out of the all star break but not the Yankees. They throw Monty and German at the Mets and save their ace pitchers for KC. Makes perfect sense.

I'm taking the over tonight as I feel the Mets will score all I need to get to 8.

Wonder if he gets vaccinated or not so he can play in Toronto

I heard he was now "open to the vaccine."

Either way, the Yankees replaced a 200 hitter with a 320 for virtually nothing. Great move.

Absolutely. Where would you bat him was a huge topic of discussion on the radio today. He’s gotta be in front of judge right? He has 110 hits and 91 singles. Would make no sense to bat him after the homerun hitters

    Next up, Castillo.

Will Joey Gallo go down as the worst Yankee hitter of all time (with regular playing time)?

He would project to have over 300 strike outs if he played a full season. Not sure why he's in today.
