Guentzel has been absolutely slaughtering the Rangers this series. Mika Zibanejad has blown chunks for 4 2/3 games now. The KID LINE! Kaapo Kakko just makes shit happen with the puck. That line has a bright, bright future.
on Jakes 1st Mika is right in front of him...he shoots Mika tries to hit hium and falls down and ends up 10 ft away while he shoots a 2nd time and then gets his own rebound
I think he's gassed and has horrendous defense in front of him. Igor still has a bright future ahead of him. With that being said, THIS KID LINE!
earlier in this thread i was saying how there is not one Ranger D who seems like a REALLY good defenseman. when they traded for #8 i didnt know who he was and i heard he was good. saw him play a few times and was like WTF? anyway, at least this year he's started PLASTERING guys. thats something.

The Rangers forecheck was very strong from the 5m mark in the 2nd and on. Defense was much better. Certainly helps Crosby was out. Igor made some big saves late in that game. Kakko, Chytil, and Lafreniere carried this team tonight. That last shift they played was awesome. Kakko was just skating circles around those idiots.
No he won't, if he does it will be because he hit Crosby, who's nuts are so far down the NHL's mouth it's insane. He played the puck first. I'd post the alternate angle but I'm at work and don't have access to Twitter. If Trouba gets one then Malkin should get one for cross checking Rooney in the face, but he won't.
