Idk if Beasley's a bad person (given NFL standards) but he's definitely a bad employee. He didn't want to follow the rules and it cost him the biggest game of their season. That's why he was cut and we will see if anyone else signs him or not Jamison Crowder is a big upgrade for Buffalo, on the field and off. Not sure why Douglas let him go
what rules did he not follow? from my understanding he followed all the protocols for unvaxxed players. he just didn't want to get vaxxed. that was all. doesn't make him a bad employee. how many people at your job are unvaxxed? Doesn't make them bad employees. he was cut because he's aging and his skills have declined and he was making too much
Well do some research on the subject then, I'm not here to teach you about what happened with Beasley. And I don't think people at my job are relevant, but, I suppose if they missed the single most important meeting of the year because they didn't like the rules then they would probably have been fired just like Beasley was. So maybe it is similar
what rule said you had to be vaxxed. there was none? beasley was upset by having to miss extra time because he wasn't vaxxed meanwhile positive tested players got to play if they were vaxxed much faster. he has a legit point. wanting to play and being held out because you don't want to put something in your body doesn't make you a bad employee. he's got a legit point. I think you are giving him more shit that's undeserved because you don't agree with him, which really makes you the bad guy here who's unreasonable not him
You are right though, he didn't have to be get vaccinated, they literally accomodated him. But Buffalo still had to play for the division without him. Which is why they cut his ass. I wish our Jets had balls like that btw. Brandon Beane runs circles around Joe Douglas
if that was the case they would have released him during the season. they didn't. they released him after the season because he was old/expensive and his skills declined
