The "mea culpa" was admitting I posted a tweet that came from a spoofed account. Mistakes happen. A "person of integrity" wouldn't pile on.
"Mea culpa" does not mean "blame shifting" - it means owning what you write and possibly adding an explanation of why you were either a) caught or b) suckered by someone else.
I owned it by engaging with the person that pointed out my error. The subject seemed to be resolved until your pompous ass decided to utilize it for yet another unwarranted attack. Maybe it's you that should be explaining their motive.
This is the first time you claimed you made an "error," before you said the account was "spoofed" but all you had posted was that the account was "Suspended by Twitter..." If you believe that represents accepting responsibility for posting bullshit it just makes it more apparent that we hold ourselves to far different standards, particularly evidenced by at least three wise ass responses when others called you out for your nonsense. Was every person who tried to have you own your posts making unwarranted attacks or am I special?
I did try real quick to find if that Tweet by the swimmer Reka Gyorgy a page back was legitimate before commenting (also a page back) and whatever source it was that I hit on said that it was. I don't have the same access as all of you do whether something is actually bogus or not for sure on Twitter because I don't belong to Twitter. That being said if it was a fake account that got suspended for impersonation and not for the content, I still stand by what I said. If it wasn't fake it probably would've been have been suspended for the content, anyway.
