It's as good a thread as any. Everyone involved is making a pile of mistakes and people are just pointing at one source of failure. Douglas, Saleh, Lafleur, Ulbrich (don't remember hearing this guy's name) and the douchebag ownership group have all screwed the pooch in their own way this year and they all have hurt the team. You can chalk that up to rookie mistakes, inflexibility, or simple incompetence, of which I'm sure all three occurred at some point, but all of those people have had parts to play and failed so far. So yeah. I guess fire everybody. Might need to start looking at high schools for coaching candidates at this point though.

I saw Mims once today, it was a running play. All the receivers were actively blocking except Mims who was trotting across the field with a defender, he didn't even hand-check the guy.
